APPLICATION FOR A ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE
Students interested in participating
in this program are invited to download and complete the preliminary
application form and submit it to the Secretary of a Rotary Club in your
community. There are 50 clubs in
the District and you may submit this application to the club secretary. The address of the local club is available
by request from the webmaster of this site. If contact with a club is not
possible, send this preliminary application to the District Youth Exchange Outbound
Coordinator by email to the address at the bottom of the form as soon as
possible. He will forward your preliminary
information to the nearest appropriate club.
The form is a writeable
PDF form and it is possible to complete the form and email it using the Adobe
