Rotary International Governor-Nominee Data Form-- Candidates proposed by their clubs for selection as District Governor Designate should complete this form and send along with a letter affirming that the Rotary Club of the Candidate has nominated him/her for the office to the District Governor.
Group Study Exchange Team Member -- Candidates proposed by local Rotary Clubs (they may not be members or have a relative who is a member of Rotary) must be between 25-40 years old and either work or live in our district. Forward to Group Study Exchange Committee Chair, John Gibbons, Group Study Exchange Chairman Rotary District 6460, Office: (618) 656-7195 Home: (618) 656-3326, jgibbons@charter.net. Deadline for receipt of team member applications is by the end of September each year.
Club Attendance should be reported as soon as possible after the last meeting of each month by logging on to the District Database site (http://www.directory-online.com/rotary/Login.cfm), selecting ATTND and entering the current number of members, % of attendance for the month, and number of meeting held. Attendance and Membership Reports may be submitted to District Office by email to district6460@sbcglobal.net.
