May 10	District Assembly Prepare incoming Rotary club leaders for their roles: Club presidents-elect and the members of Rotary clubs assigned by the club president-elect to serve in key leadership roles in the upcoming Rotary year; MANDATORY for all presidents-elect	Crowne Plaza, Springfield
May 17	District Leadership Seminar Develop Rotarian leaders within the district who have skills, knowledge, and motivation to serve in Rotary beyond the club level. Rotarians who have served in a leadership role as a club president or served for three or more years in a club leadership role in the club may participate in the district leadership seminar. Seminars will be held in Alton, Jacksonville, Peoria, & Galesburg	Crowne Plaza, Springfield
June 30	DG Installation	Macomb
July 11-13	Central States Youth Exchange	Calvin College, Grand Rapid, MI
July 19	Rotary Leadership Institute	Peoria
August, September, & October	District Foundation, Membership & Youth Seminar Educate Rotarians about The Rotary Foundation, Membership, and Youth activities. Rotarians who want to learn more about The Rotary Foundation, Membership development, and district youth activities. Seminars will be held by Regions, in August, September, and October.	At various locations around the district.
